Description
Capricciosa was born from the experience gained by the SpeedyPizzaDrones Team and falls into the vertical True-X category.
To take care of every detail and arrive at the final version, it took about a year of studies, field tests and drawings, such as the interlocking of the parts to ensure structural rigidity and, at the same time, ease of assembly and disassembly.
The central body was designed for 20 × 20 electronics and has the function of minimizing the surfaces that generate friction, increasing their efficiency; it has also been raised to ensure better weight centering and to keep the flight controller on the same plane as the propellers.
The surrounding structure, created by the “side force generators”, gives Capricciosa a great feeling in flight and a unique trajectory management.
To lower the costs of spare parts we have reduced the number of components reaching an optimal solution: Top and Bottom plate are made of the same piece as well as the four arms, the side force generators and the motor mounts.
Capricciosa is delivered pre-assembled with hardware and 3D prints (also available for download).
